Funeral for Paul J. Keever, a 33-year resident of Larkspur, will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow in the Chapel of the Hills, San Anselmo.
Keever died Saturday in a local hospital after a brief illness. He was 62.
During World War II, Keever was chief of the Marinship training department in Sausalito. He later was associated with several personnel firms. For the past 20 years, he has been employed with a liquor store firm. He was a candidate for Larkspur City Council in 1960.
Born in Delphi, Ind., Keever grew up on an Indian reservation in Montana, where his grandfather was a federal auditor. He attended Montana State College.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma E. Keever of the home at 22 Heather Way; a daughter, Paula Soldavini of San Anselmo; two sons, James Keever of Larkspur and Lance Keever of Kentfield; his mother, Pearl Keever of Seattle; a brother, Robert Keever of Seattle, and seven grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
